Cardio Kickboxing
To prepare for the massive amounts of turkey and pumpkin pie I will be consuming tomorrow, my friend and I decided to try a new work out class yesterday in preparation for the big day. Being adventurous, we strolled into a Kickboxing class eager to give it a try.
Now, the next morning, I'm sore like no other. Kickboxing kicked my butt. The class combined cardio with kickboxing moves for an hour, and then ended with a 15 minute ab workout routine. As intense as it was, I loved it! I felt my muscles getting stronger and my endurance picking up. And, of course, being sore the next day is always a sign of a good workout.
